Why should you do WILDFIT® 90 Challenge with a Certified WILDFIT® coach?

Meet your coach
Beata works with high-performers to raise their game.
She has been inspiring and motivating people for years, first as a human resource consultant - working with leaders and high-potentials and leading hr teams, then as a coach and mentor, then as an entrepreneur.
In September 2018, she started her own business in Qatar with an objective to support the Qatar Vision 2030, especially bringing more Qatari women to leadership and helping them regain and maintain their health. 1. having watched all of the weekly info videos in their entirety in your WILDFIT® membership account.
2. having taken and uploaded to your WILDFIT® membership account the photos and measurements as detailed at the beginning, mid-point, and at the end of the program
3. having completed the Daily Check-ins in your WILDFIT® membership account at least twice each week
4. having posted weekly in the WILDFIT® Challenge private group (shared insights or asked questions)
5. having attended at least 11 of the live weekly coaching sessions
6. having notified us at hello@42twigs.com before day 60 of the challenge about your dissatisfaction
