Who is in your corner?

Make your inventory of all people who are in your corner. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You will know on whom you can rely when you need it most. Those are the people to ask for help when you need it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I heard from my father since I was little "if you know how to count, count on yourself". It made me independent and ambitious, it served me for years. And then it did not anymore. It made me really bad in asking others for help. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There were situations at work and in my private life when I really needed help and I had no clue how to ask for it. Or I somehow pushed myself to ask and then nothing came, which just reinforced my approach of counting on myself. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It turns out I simply asked the wrong people. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am learning to pick the right ones. And I am learning to receive help. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am not great at it yet, but at least I have a list of people in my corner. I know they will always support me, no matter what. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So who is in your corner?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Make your list today.
