Possibility hangover if you do not have it, you do not dream big enough
From time to time I have a client who experiences a possibility hangover as an aftereffect of our conversation. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That’s the type that has a dream he/she would love to realize and does not consider it possible or simply does not know where to start. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In most cases it is a high performer who just needs this little push. A discovery what is holding them back. A strategy to start. A plan how to make up time and energy for the work to be done. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I love those clients from the first minutes. Their energy is amazing and their ideas inspiring. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And they almost always are able to make the dream even bigger and I help them see that putting it to reality is actually possible. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That’s when it happens. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The possibility hangover. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It was cool to dream. Now I HAVE to DO something about it ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
because I said I would. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
SCARY⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now there are 2 types. One will be so scared that he or she will not come back for coaching, because they are not ready yet to follow their dream or purpose and it is ok. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And there is the other one who flies so fast it is a pleasure to observe. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I realized that my possibility hangover has a physical part to it. I get a headache 😂⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And after digesting all the stuff I move forward to live my dream.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How about you? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Have you experienced a possibility hangover?
