How powerful is the feedback you give to others?
How able are you to ask for meaningful feedback and act upon it? The only way to learn about our blindspots is from others. The challenge is: most of people do not know how to give powerful feedback so they limit themselves to some nicety “you did great!”.
Most people also do not know how to receive feedback to encourage more to come.
