Maybe it’s good maybe it’s bad who knows
I have learned to have this approach only recently, and it changed my life completely. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Often when something bad happens, we categorize it as bad and it stays bad in our heads. However, after I have analyzed some of the bad things that happened to me, I realized that all of them had after a bit the outcome that was beneficial for me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Of course, I still get angry when I label something as "bad", I cannot change it so fast. However, I catch myself doing that very fast and add "maybe it is good, who knows" and all shifts...⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Observe how fast you decide that something is bad ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Trivial things: the coffee machine does not work in the place you always go to, so you have to go to the next door café just to discover there are amazingly nice people working there and the coffee is delicious too. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Big "bad" things also happened to have an amazing outcome for me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
