I fight for more women in leadership, especially in the industries where traditionally there are not many of them in higher-level positions. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sometimes I help them develop some specific leadership skills.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sometimes, I only help them gather some courage to dream bigger and go and ask for what they want. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
